This research examines the circulation of narcotics in Aceh, which is increasingly very worrying. Narcotics Aceh are now a real threat that must be considered by all components society. So this serious to especially related smuggling and illicit narcotics. study aims find out how collaborative governance used carrying implementation Qanun Number 8 2018 concerning facilitation prevention abuse North Aceh. In study, we qualitative methods with descriptive approach gain comprehensive understanding. results show dynamics collaboration preventing district not good enough because there no collaboration, so socialization function should carried together working joint discussion between parties start plan, goals cooperation mandated qanun achieved. process promoting was null several urged government immediately take steps realize collaboration.
